Balanced stay

cava bottle food options

The staff were very helpful. The food was delicious and the Star Prestige restaurant area provided more food options. It was great that I received a bottle of cava from the hotel for my birthday. There were many activities during the day and in the evening.

The service was not great.

cramped master bedroom cold swimming pools

I was excited about the hotel. I upgraded my room expecting more space, but the master bedroom felt cramped. The bathroom door was also swollen and chipped. It did not feel 5-star. The pools were REALLY cold. I could barely stay in for a few minutes. The food selection was wide, but the taste was repetitive. I got tired of it after a few days.

the location of the hotel is suitable. it is close to the beach and also the town is within walking distance.

the air conditioning in the room was not effective. it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature at night. the so-called double bed was actually two single beds pushed together. they separated easily and were quite noisy.
